We’re a VC funded seed stage digital health startup on a worldwide mission to improve the lives of people with chronic conditions. juli was founded in 2020 by a group of people that wanted to use their knowledge about big data for a better cause. Some of the founders suffer from a chronic condition themselves and have been on the lookout for many years to find out what triggers episodes and what helps to get better. We’re really good at analyzing data and want to use this superpower to change healthcare for the better. As an Executive Assistant to our CEO, Bettina Hein, you will be in charge of facilitating and managing day-to-day tasks for her. In this role, you will be working together with her current Assistant, Viktoria Tropé, for the first few months.

Location:

juli is an all-remote company with people working around the world. For this position, your location is not relevant.

The opportunity:

This role is a great opportunity for an experienced individual, although applications from candidates with limited experience will also be considered. With a high level of self-motivation and self-organization and being motivated to help others, especially in the field of chronic health conditions, you would be an excellent candidate. As we are a growing company, exciting new challenges will unfold for you.

Furthermore, you will join a team of very talented and experienced people and a founder team who has been very successfully building and running tech startups for over 20 years.

Your job:

• You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, the role will involve working with various individuals and departments within juli, including the executive board and senior management, and external parties.

– You will assist with management of calendar, email, and expenses – ensuring all queries, requests and correspondence are dealt with promptly and appropriately.

• You will be responsible for scheduling and maintaining the CEO’s calendar including prioritizing and resolving related conflicts and competing demands, proactively scheduling important meetings with internal and external individuals, and maintaining an organized schedule

• You will organize all aspects of global travel for business trips including flights tickets, hotel bookings, airport transfers, arranging meetings and conference registration

• You will work closely and build good relationships with all individuals at juli

• You will have a daily 1:1 with the CEO to prioritize your tasks

• You will assist with projects as required

• You will take her of personal to-dos such as ordering a birthday cake 🙂

• You consider technology as a tool and are quite tech-savvy

• You will use Notion as a prioritization tool

Your experience:

• working as a Personal/ Executive Assistant role within a startup environment

• proficient in Google Suite, managing IT issues effectively

• strong organizational skills including the ability to manage calendars and effectively

• maintain demanding schedules and meet deadlines

• responsive and sensitive to time-critical requests

• Experience in organizing meetings, managing travel arrangements, and providing

• general office operations support with high attention to detail.

• Fluency in English and German is a must, both written and verbal, any additional language is welcome

• Solid communication skills, with a warm and professional written communication style.

– Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem solving with strong decision- making capability. Stays calm under pressure and can handle challenging and sensitive matters effectively. Adapts and is flexible to change.
