We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented, energetic, friendly and proactive Account Development Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping us to meet, learn about and support over 1000 students every year and making sure Juno courses are filled with amazing humans. We’re confident that our programs and courses are the best out there, and this role is key to making sure that our potential students know that, too! Your job is to learn about potential students and what they’re looking for, assess our solutions to see if one or more of them is a fit. If the fit is strong, get them in our classroom so we can help them make a career change.
Responsibilities
Consulting with prospective students and alumni, and educating them on the value of Juno’s programs and courses. This involves cultivating relationships with students and alumni as they progress through their educational journey with Juno.
Interviewing applicants to our programs. Interviews involve consulting with applicants on their goals, determining if any of our solutions are a good fit, and handling objections. (We never want to put a student in a program just to “hit a number”.)
Following-up with students once you’ve interviewed them to ensure they join the course that’s right for them.
Working closely with the rest of the Growth team and the Programs teams to nail down the delivery of our value proposition and to develop action plans for campaigns.
Staying up-to-date on marketplace trends to solidify your role as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor in the higher education space.
Being an ambassador for Juno’s values to everyone who comes into our space.

1+ years of experience in Sales
You exude friendliness and warmth when answering the phone and interacting with customers
You can communicate effectively via phone, email & social

You can manage your time effectively

You are comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
You are not intimidated by numbers or light analysis in Salesforce
You enjoy working online and with new technology
You have a ‘no job is too big or too small’ mentality
Most of all, you have a positive attitude and a desire to help others!

Position type: Full-Time
Salary: $55,000 + $20,000 bonus pool
3 weeks paid vacation, annually
Paid end of year closure from December 24th to the New Year.
Paid 1-week company-wide summer office shutdown (yes, another week to relax!)
