JOB PURPOSE:
The HR Representative has an active role in multiple HR processes. With a heavy focus on full-cycle recruitment and creating reports in excel. Source, interview and present qualified candidates and compile reports related to affirmative action reporting, applicant flow, and turnover data.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:
· Regularly required to walk, stand, sit and talk or hear in person or by telephone.
· Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
· Use hands to handle, feel, or operate standard office equipment.
· Occasional reaching with hands and arms
· Regularly lift 10 pounds.
· Regularly apply reasoning and common sense.
· Use muscles to lift, push, pull or carry objects.
