JOB OVERVIEW:        Take food and beverage orders, make and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, food orders to guest tables according to MALLOW at Robertson Quay specifications, courteously and efficiently. Collect payments. Daily setup, operating and cleaning of the bar and its equipment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:- Maintain outlet knowledge (table seating, station numbers, kitchen & bar service collection points, kitchen & bar dirty glassware & crockery drop off points, hours of operations, dress code)- Menu knowledge

1. Product (spirits, beers, wines, soft drinks, cocktails – style & category)
2. Service standards for each beverage
3. Cocktail recipe, glass, garnish, the temperature of service, perfect serve ritual
4. Food menu knowledge
   1. Daily specials
   2. Allergies & other restrictions
5. Tea & Coffee knowledge
   1. Differences
   2. How to make it
   3. Coffee machine service & maintenance
6. Monitor daily cleaning ness of the menu and report to your direct superior requests for prints and change directly  

– Cocktail knowledge

1. House & international cocktail recipe knowledge
2. History of cocktails & products
3. Cocktail variations on classic cocktails – House variation/ creations and international

1. Nearby local & historical attractions
2. Nearby fine dining & drinking outlets
3. Public transport and time distance

– Handling guest complaints- Maintain daily cleaning responsibilities

Salary Range : S$2,500 to $3,000
