RECEPTIONIST

Job Type: Full-time/ Monday-Friday 8:45am-5:15pm; 5 paid holidays per year

We are looking for an enthusiastic people-oriented receptionist to join our team. Candidates for this position need to have strong work ethics, be punctual and committed to the agency. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with multi-cultural clientele, interpreters, and other professionals, while maintaining focus and professionalism. Candidate should be comfortable on the phones and able to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing; multilingual skills are a plus. Candidate must be reliable and able to work the needed hours in full, on time. The ideal candidate must be trainable for the specific needs of our agency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Professionally greeting everyone that comes into the agency
• Answering phones promptly in a professional and courteous manner
• Managing company faxes, and postal mail correspondence, distributing to the appropriate person(s) within the agency
• Copying, scanning, printing, and filing
• Maintaining reception area and meeting rooms (vacuuming, dusting, emptying waste receptacles, and watering plants)
• Other office duties as needed

REQUIRED:

• High school diploma/GED 1 year experience performing administrative/clerical duties
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Polished appearance and demeanor
• Reliable transportation

PREFERRED:

• Experience working in a healthcare/clinic environment
• Multilingual skills

Required prior to offer of employment:

• Valid Identification:
• Driver’s License, State ID, Permanent Resident ID
• Proof of eligibility to work
• Clean Criminal Background and Drug screening

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,000.00 per year
