Payroll/Benefits Administrator

Day to Day Responsibilities

· Processing payroll

· Preparing journal entries

· Benefits administration

· Preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll statements

· Establish/maintain employee records

· Create, update, and review standard operating procedures

· Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

· Previous experience as a Payroll Administrator

· Payroll designation is considered an asset

· Knowledgeable in current employment legislations

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Good time management and organizational skills

· Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

· Previous knowledge of Day Force is an asset

· US Payroll experience is an asset

This individual will be dealing with information sensitive in nature and will be expected to follow policies pertaining to confidentiality.
