Kā te Rama Switched On Group Looking for Delivery Supervisor – Westport at Westport, West Coast, New Zealand Full Time

As our new Delivery Supervisor, you will be drawing on your connections or knowledge of the local trades to help ensure the delivery of residential maintenance across the West Coast. You will be working alongside Kāinga Ora, sub-contractors, customers and internal teams to deliver on a variety of different programs.

Key Duties include but not limited to:

• Scoping of Kainga Ora residential properties
• Managing and coordinating a variety of trades to ensure that work is carried out on time and to a high standard
• Quality assurance of trades work
• Invoicing of jobs
• Liaising with a variety of trades

Requirements

• Residential maintenance experience or understanding of trade work
• Experience running multiple projects at once and ensuring they meet the strict deadlines preferable
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our trades
• Ability to communicate authentically with our trades, customers, and client to ensure they understand the vision and outcomes
• Proven experience making informed decisions and work autonomously
• Ability to travel along the West Coast

You will need the ability to adapt and work with in a fast paced, fluid environment while keeping customer experience at the forefront.
