Kachemak Marine Group is looking to find an energetic individual with exceptional organization skills to join our team. This is a fast paced manufacturing environment with outstanding opportunities in a family like environment.

This position is a full time salaried position working Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Benefits include paid vacation, sick leave, paid medical, matching IRA, paid holiday’s, etc. Pay DOE but ranges from $3,750/mo – $5,416/mo

Duties Include:

• Process and Maintain Insurance and all other Benefits
• Prepare and file DOR & Quarterly filings
• New Hire Processing/Employee records management and Benefits management
• Reconciliation of all accounts and payments
• Processing Bi-Weekly Payroll
• Monthly and Yearly Close out completed on time
• Maintain Business Licenses, Certifications, Liabilities, Insurance
• Maintain Banking Relationships
• Track, monitor and balance all AR and AP

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years bookkeeping, accounting or similar
• Very well versed in Quickbooks, Excel and Word
• Technologically Savvy
• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills

There is flexibility in this position as well as pay for the right candidate. I’m Interested in someone that has a high level talent as a Bookkeeper or someone with extensive experience as a Controller. Higher qualifications would find a higher pay scale.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
