Ko tā mātou mahi – Our Role
In this role, you’ll be our customers’ first point of contact with Kāinga Ora, supporting whānau who are transferring homes to help ensure the right house and supports are put in place for our customer and their family.
Key to your success will be your ability to quickly and comprehensively assess and understand our customers’ housing and support needs, utilising your array of observational skills and motivational and investigative interviewing techniques.
You will also build and leverage relationships with key agencies and local providers to ensure we offer our customers the right placement opportunity for them, and that they continue to receive the support they need.
Ngā Pūmanawatanga Ōu – What You Will Bring
As this role requires travelling across the immediate region, you will have a current and full NZ driver’s license (vehicle provided).
