As a Retail Sales Professional with Kane’s, you will have unlimited earnings potential comprised of excellent commissions, spiffs, and incentives with a potential bonus within the first 13 weeks on the selling floor. There is the opportunity to become a Million Dollar Club member, earning a six figure income. We have a track record of promoting and coaching from within as well as providing the resources you need to achieve your professional and financial goals.

Expectations:

• Participate in a one week paid training (part of a 13 week guarantee pay plan) at our Corporate Training Sales Class, to gain product knowledge and sales solutions expertise.

• Take a consultative selling approach to building guest relationships.

• Create new and existing guest relationships by elevating their in store experience with that personal touch.

Qualifications we prefer:

• Persuasive selling style

• Confident decision-maker

• Commission retail sales experience

• Self-motivated and results driven

• Computer savvy

• Multitasker, able to juggle priorities

• Organized with thorough follow up skills

Qualifications:

· Furniture retail sales experience preferred but not required.
