At Kaplan International Languages London, we’re looking for an outstanding customer service professional to join our team as a Student Services Assistant. Based on the frontline reception area of our school, you’ll be assisting and working alongside the Student Services Manager, taking care of all general customer service queries, student finance and day-to-day student administration. You’ll ensure that students have an excellent Kaplan experience and that their welfare is always a high priority.

KI Languages London is located just a 5-minute walk from Covent Garden and 2 minutes from Holborn tube station.
