SUMMARY:

– Full Time Data Entry / Order Processing

– Monday to Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm

JOB DESCRIPTION:

– Customer Order Review and Entry

– Batch Order Processing

– Create Shipping Labels through Software (Fedex, Canada Post, and USPS)

– Email Order Confirmations

– Upload Tracking Numbers

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

– Strong Computer Skills

– Excellent Attention to Detail

– Able to Manage and Process a Large Amount of Data

– Multi-Task Efficiently

– Some Knowledge of Shipping Software

– Good Problem Solving Skills

– Fast Learner

– Comfortable in a Fast-Paced Work Environment

REQUIREMENTS:

– 2-3 Years of Data Entry / Order Processing Experience

– Advanced Computer Skills (Excel, Keyboard Shortcuts, Gmail, Internet Browsing)

– Must Be an Expert with Excel

– Must type +55 WPM

– Excellent Attention to Detail is a Must!
