This is a seasonal position that will run from January 23rd through April 21st. Office hours will be 9:00 am to 5:30 pm – with a 30 minute unpaid lunch.
This position is responsible for providing great customer service and facilitating communication with our clients.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, prefers fast paced environments, and has experience dealing with the public in person, by phone, and via email.
Duties include but are not limited to – answering the phones, taking messages, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and follow up. General office tasks such as filing and mail duties will also be required.
