A little about the role:

• Driving and motivating of a team of outdoor enthusiasts
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the day to day running of the store by ensuring successful customer service, merchandising, inventory processes and standards are in place
• Take responsibility for the operations of the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager
• Create an enjoyable experience for each and every customer

Who you are:

A passionate people person with a customer centric ethos, you will also share our excitement and passion for the outdoors and will be passionate about getting people “Out There”.

This is what you’ll need:

• Strong retail or customer service experience
• Sound knowledge of retail operations such as, stock control and visual merchandising
• Experience and understanding of the retail sales environment
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Be adaptable and cope well within fast paced retail environment
• A genuine passion for our products and the growth of our business
