A little bit about the role…

Our Online Co-Ordinator is a permanent full-time role based in our office in Chirstchurch. The role encompass deriving valuable conclusions from data reports, merchandising product pages, updating website layouts, products, and content, conducting A/B tests, scrutinizing new features post-launch, and enhancing the overall user experience. Day to day responsibilities include;

• Onsite promotion and campaign management, helping to ensure the sites are aligned to the promotional calendars
• Briefing of online design assets to the internal design team
• Merchandising list pages for eDM campaigns
• Setting up new products onto the site before product launch
• Organising site related requirements to provide the customer with a satisfying shopping experience
• Ensuring that the trading team accurately conveys the Kathmandu brand when implementing online trading activity
• Ensures the website and all online trading activity such as offers and promotional statements are compliant with all consumer law obligations and best practice.

What we are looking for…

You will have Online experience within a commercially focused within a consumer-focused retail organisation. You can demonstrate an understanding of ecommerce functions and activities. Preferably you will have an understanding and Interest in design principles, including forms, colours and user interaction to communicate and interact with graphic designers and marketing specialists

In this role, a keen eye for detail is paramount. We seek a team member who works with precision, possess commercial acumen, is exceptionally organised, adept at handling Excel spreadsheets, and above all, maintains a positive attitude. While prior experience with Magento is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.
