We are currently seeking a Receptionist for our Alexandria Branch.

Status of the position : Full time – temporary
Schedule : Monday to Friday – 40h/week

Responsibilities:

• General office duties
• Filing, organizing, photocopying, faxing
• Receptionist tasks such as answering telephones and welcoming visitors
• Creating and maintaining reports
• Data entry
• Other related clerical duties

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with MS Office Suite is needed
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
