KBR is seeking a Product Manager to support our Space Camp customer in Colorado Springs, CO. The Product Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating program management process activities such as Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews, including scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings/presentations.
Responsibilities:
Support tasks requiring the collection, compilation, evaluation, and publication of information and statistical data in documents, records, forms, reports, plans, policies, and regulations
Support the Program Manager in resource leveling planning and analysis
Facilitate meetings and information sessions
Assist Program Manager in assessing, documenting, and tracking new program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs)
Compile Labor and ODC costs at the end of each month from report provided from KBR Contracting and produce reports for each of Space CAMP/Platform One customers
Coordinate with each Team Lead and update monthly spend plan for each Space CAMP/Platform One customer to track separately and to be used for requesting additional funds support; populate 30-60-90-day budget/schedule forecasts
Aide in managing hardware and tool licenses on hand and project when additional licenses will be needed to support inbound personnel on Space CAMP/Platform One teams.
Coordinate new hire starting resources to ensure effective/efficient day one integration into workflows and teams.
Research potential business opportunities for DevSecOps, to include (but not limited to) SBIRs, BOAs, and strategic partnerships to enhance opportunities and growth within the DevSecOps business area.
Required Qualifications:
A degree (Bachelors or higher) in the subject of Program/Project Management.
2+ years of program/project management experience (e.g. cost control monitoring and reporting, personnel management and task assignments, design and execution of work plan)
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or Project).
Track multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to find innovative ways to solve/resolve problems
Customer interfacing skills; adaptability to different scenarios/people, effective commination, and coordination skills
Organized and systematic approach to task management that enables timely closure of actions.
Desired Qualifications:
Familiarity with the DoD Space Surveillance Network (SSN), Space Situational Awareness (SSA) and/or Space Domain Awareness (SDA)
Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Project+, etc.)
Security Requirements: Must meet eligibility requirements for a government security clearance
Basic Compensation:
$70,000 – $135,000
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
