Keating Real Estate Hiring for Data Entry Specialist Job at Enfield, CT Full Time

Data entry specialist who is experienced in Quickbooks and is familiar with Intuit online Quickbooks formats which is used in property management office. Familiar with real estate and entering rental income. Must have experience in using accounting methods to reconcile bank statements. This is a PART TIME 1-3 hour a week job (one day) and is an Independent Contractor Position . Candidate will inform which day of week available (mon – fri) during day. Office is a two room office directly accessed from outside, and a two person office. Must be familiar with accounting methods, real estate and or property management so as to generate monthly reports on properties, income and expenses related to business. Excel format preferred.

Independent Contractor status will generate a 1099 Form for the IRS at end of year for the Independent Contractor Status. Property management includes data entry of income, expenses for properties, and all related data entry.’
