We are in search of a Data Specialist who will be responsible for a broad range of activities within Keiki O Ka Aina Research and Evaluation Department, including quality assurance, process development, collection, implementation, and entry.

Data Specialist duties are:

• Execute all regular transaction processes necessary to maintain operations records and databases.
• Perform extracting, importing, and exporting of data in various database applications.
• Assist in implementation, testing, and validating data and software systems.
• Perform data reconciliations to identify data anomalies.
• Assist in preparation of data reports, training materials, presentations, publications, marketing collaterals, and other educational materials.
• Adapts well to process and organizational change on a regular basis.
• Provide support to Research and Evaluation Manager, as assigned.

Requirements:

• One (1) year relevent experience, AA Degree desirable.
• Experience in data entry (using MS Excel and MS Word).
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to edit, organize, and prioritize.
• Previous self-directed work (demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently).
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• In-home access to WIFI and Internet.

This is a full time position Mon-Fri 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with occasional evenings and/or weekends. Candidates must be present in the community in which you are applying to.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
