We are looking for a driven and motivated individual to join our new sales team. Keith Hay homes have an exciting year planned, and are at the fore front of providing great housing solutions across various markets.

We are family owned business and operate nationally with 85 years experience in the NZ housing market and have a highly motivated team of specialists. We take pride in our work and the homes& commercial units that we build and deliver to our clients. Our passion for Success through Satisfied customers has meant our services are in high demand so we must find another like minded super star to join our sales team as a New Home Sales Consultant for a company that has been around for 85 years and delivered every single home it has started.

You will need:

• Sales experience a must, preferably with knowledge of new home design and the building industry
• The ability to manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to production handover 
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer care standards with an ability to learn, listen and action customer requirements
• Attention to detail and excellent time management skills with a sense of urgency
• Good computer skills and the ability to work with a CRM system to maintain accurate records and ensure all information is up to date
• Drive to succeed with good presentation 
• Team player
