As a real estate agent, you will:

• Find and convert new sales leads on daily basis using KW’s proven systems and models
• Show properties and guide home buyers to a making great decision
• Market home listings and consult sellers to accepting the best offer
• Negotiate contracts and work with other parties to successfully close deals
• Manage income from your business to cover taxes and expenses and maintain consistent profitability
• Regularly attend trainings and participate in professional development activities to develop your job skills and master the competencies listed above
