HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Brand Development:
You will support in setting strategic direction for your assigned brands, taking input from markets, identifying key consumer insights & brand opportunities, building on consumer & shopper needs to determine priorities and ultimately unlock brand growth & financial performance.
Leveraging data for action: supporting brand planning and brand growth by extracting, synthesizing, interrogating, and translating data into actionable insight
Brand Performance:
Support NSV & net contribution commitments delivery for assigned brands.
Monitors brand performance & brand perception – Identify, diagnose, and help solve brand-level performance issues.
Understand the impact on the P&L of the end-to-end business drivers to optimize financial and operational performance accordingly.
Brand Communication & Innovation:
You will be taking lead on strong brand toolboxes development including packaging, distinctive brand communication, POS as well as supporting the innovation team in new product developments.
Ensuring communications & activation output on regional brands matches the needs of all markets.
Internal collaboration:
Ensure the execution with excellence of winning end to end brand plans works cross functionally with a diverse group of individuals from Insight & planning, finance, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, nutrition, brand promotions to agency partners.
Market Collaboration:
Exciting and engaging the markets through regular & proactive communication of the brand calendar (innovation, communications & activation), building the market / CBU relationship through brand councils and regular ad hoc contact.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Educated to degree level / business school graduate, or equivalent, with classic blue chip FMCG marketing experience such as innovation development process and communications development; brand development experience to ensure familiarity with brand equity tools, communications, media mix.
Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize & manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong focus on results and deliver with excellence – Make It Happen Mindset.
Strong communication & influencing skills are required to drive internal alignment cross functionally and external across EU markets as well as to bring to life the brand vision to multifunctional teams, creating collective energy to realize brand goals.
Demonstrating innovator’s mindset: dare to challenge the status quo, embraces test, and learn mentality while embracing a growth mindset.
Fluency in English is essential, and a second or third European language would be advantageous, as would prior work experience in European environment.
Strong intercultural awareness and the ability to build and manage “long distance” and virtual relationships is essential.
