Our colleagues in the Sales team are looking for a new Channel Project Manager.

In your role within Kellogg’s Europe Sales department, you will be supporting the development of the next 3 year Channel Strategy, for total Europe, with specific focus on Future Channels Projects (Ecomm, Discounters & Hfs ).

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

In this role you will be the Commercial Lead, along with the Project managers & team assigned, on Relevant Channel Projects, with an overall European scope & implications.

As a Channel Project Manager, you will be accountable for:

• Co Leading & aligning with Project Manager on Meetings, Tasks & Timings, own and team related
• Build and Validate Initiatives Size of prize & Feasibility at country level
• Keep regular contact, with project related main Business unit & Country Sales & Commercial stakeholders, to ensure project success (Sales, RGM, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing)
• Running & Arguing Internal product project submissions requests, as well as attending and preparing when requested, all info for all internal Project processes meetings.
• Supporting on European Projects Top Management Status reporting.
• Extract & Analyze information to support on projects Trade Stories building to countries.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years FMCG industry experience in R&D / Supply Chain and Sales or Customer Marketing, with a demonstrated track in multinational companies leading similar projects, such as the assigned above.
• Preferred Master’s Degree in Business or related fields. Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Demonstrated project management experience with expertise in managing multiple projects through competing and conflicting priorities and deadlines, in FMCG companies.
• Proven success as a highly engaging people manager, networking and influencing in complex Matrix organizations, and with a clear Make it Happen attitude
• Financial acumen, ability to evaluate, interpret/translate financial impact, ROI and overall program performance.
• Ability to handle SAP or similar internal databases.
• Able to effectively engage with and influence multiple functions and Senior leaders
• End-to-end understanding of retail customer sales and associated business processes
• Very strong numerical, analytical, interpersonal/communication and storytelling skills.
• Fluency in the English language is essential, ability to speak one or more additional European languages would be very beneficial
• Nice to have: 3-5 years’ experience as Key or National Account Manager, with experience managing or dealing with Discounters & Convenience channels (knowledge on ecommerce as nice to have)
