Our colleagues in the Sales team are looking for a new Channel Strategy Manager.

In your role within Kellogg’s Europe Sales department, you will be supporting the development of the next 3-year Channel Strategy, for total Europe, with specific focus on Future Channels (Ecomm, Discounters & Hfs).

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

On that purpose, your Key focus areas will be:

• Ensure that internal Channel Account Planning process within Europe countries fits with targets & priorities by channel
• Monthly following up on Channel Plans & Execution KPIs.
• Work to develop different Ad-Hoc Company core business projects, Channel ad-hoc customer projects & Company analytical tools.
• Build Partnership & Knowledge, internally in Kellogg’s ( with Hfs /Discounters country Sales Managers as well as with our Global Team in US), and externally (Customers and Countries outside Europe), identifying & and amplifying best commercial channel practices across Europe.
• Build Knowledge Pool – Working closely with Insights & Planning department on increasing channel knowledge, while identifying future proof & executable trends.
• Support on the Channel Assessment on Next year’s Innovation Plans to Marketing Central teams.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years FMCG industry experience in Customer Marketing & Sales (RGM and/or Finance experience highly valuable), with a demonstrated Customer marketing & Sales track record in Top Multinational FMCG, with experience working with multiple Markets.
• Preferred Master’s Degree in Business or related fields. Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Demonstrated project management experience with expertise in managing multiple projects through competing and conflicting priorities and deadlines
• Very strong numerical, analytical, interpersonal/communication and storytelling skills.
• Proven success as a highly engaging people manager, networking and influencing in complex Matrix organizations, and with a clear Make it Happen attitude
• Ability to handle AC Nielsen, IRI, and GFK data.
• Financial acumen, ability to evaluate, interpret/translate financial impact, ROI and overall program performance.
• Proven Experience as Key or National Account Manager, with experience managing Discounters & Convenience channel.
• End-to-end understanding of retail customer sales and associated business processes
• Able to effectively engage with and influence multiple functions and Senior leaders
• Displays Courage and manages conflicting interests and priorities through fact-based resolution of debates.
• Fluency in the English language is essential, ability to speak one or more additional European languages would be very beneficial
