Located in the Seattle Design Center, Kelly Forslund Inc is a to-the-trade showroom for interior designers and architects. We represent the top textile, furniture and lighting lines in our industry. We strive to offer the best customer service experience for both our clients and vendors from quoting through ordering and final shipment.

Ideal candidate is an experienced administrative assistant with top notch customer service skills. This position will help with day to day processing and expediting of orders as well as numerous independent projects helping with showroom display and marketing.

Duties include:

Processing and tracking orders

Marketing Mailings

Assisting salespeople with quotes and presentations as needed

Maintaining our textile sample room. (Pulling and filing samples)

Managing incoming display projects (organizing and implementing, must be comfortable on a ladder and be able to use basic tools)

Answer incoming calls

Basic Office Duties (filing, making copies and scanning, preparing daily mailing and UPS)
