Kelly Services is looking for a Data Entry Associate in East Syracuse, NY
Pay: $21/hour
Work shift – 1st shift Monday-Friday
Location: East Syracuse, NY
Description:
Performs low-volume data entry (including sales order entry), performs basic management of electronic files, accesses information from a computer and/or maintains a computer database, enters data for envelopes, labels, form letters and correspondence, formats and produces documents, and assists/conducts data field accuracy compliance.
1. Price audits
a. Provide supporting documentation for off-cycle list price changes
2. PCR BOT audits
a. BOT sends email notice to pricing mailbox when updates are made
b. provide random checks of PCR BOT C10 updates to ensure C10 was updated correctly
3. Zero price invoice corrections
a. Daily report identifies any orders with ‘zero’ price issues
b. review details & send to customer service to correct C10 order before customer is invoiced to eliminate/reduce escapes
4. NPS set-up audit
a. review new part setup info via reports
b. send questions to Product Mgt for review
5. Margin report inquiries – TBD
a. respond to finance inquiries
6. Other Pricing duties as assigned
7. General Accounting – closing direct ship purchase orders
Must have HS diploma or equivalent
