Job Title: Order Entry Specialist

Location: Shelton, CT

Payrate: $23/hr

Schedule:

FULL TIME // M-F, 8:30am – 4pm. IN OFFICE

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Responsible for entering purchase orders/data
• Complete freight bill audits
• Managing and supporting customer service issues
• Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence, as well as be able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
• Manage main phone line and transfers calls
• Maintain updated records

Qualifications:

• Prior order entry experience
• Prior Customer Service experience
• JDE experience a plus
