What’s a typical day as a Recruiter I? You’ll be:

• Conducting interviews to recruit prospective employees and referring job applicants to specific job openings
• Evaluating employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral
• Preparing rating on applicants, making recommendations on starting salaries, and providing applicants with information on the company
• Administering tests and interpreting results, checking references, arranging transportation for selected applicants, extending formal job offers, and working with outside agencies and vendors
• Solving routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• 0 – 2 years’ recruiting and sourcing experience, ideally in an agency with evidence of progressive success, excellent communication skills, and adeptness with technology
• A bachelor’s degree
