Kelly Services Hiring for Accounts Receivable Processor at Alachua Full Time

Kelly Services is now hiring for an Accounts Receivable Processor position located in Alachua. This is a 3 month assignment paying $25 hourly.

The purpose of the position is to assist with various tasks in accounting and finance functions to process accounts payable, receivable transactions and meet monthly reporting needs on a timely basis.

Specific responsibilities may include:

• Process supplier invoices and payments

• Organize and file documents and assist with various audit collect data to meet audit requests

• Assist with month-end close tasks, such as recording journal entries and reconciling accounts

• Assist with cost collection, allocation and billing

• Assist with revenue and cost analysis by project

• Assist with the preparation of ad hoc and other internal reports

• Ensure the completion of assigned tasks in line with established deadline

• Verify completeness of journal entry support and filing

• Study the accounting policies and processes of the organization and abide by them

• Prepare supporting schedules for journal entries into the ERP system

• Take part in special projects

• Analyze data and complete data enter
