Pay Rate & Schedule:

• Pay Rate: $25 per hour

• Monday through Friday, 6am to 6pm

What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Operator I? You’ll be:

• Operating production equipment to assist with manufacturing, production, and packaging of the production line

• Monitoring equipment for quality, defects, stalls, or jams

• Starting and stopping production runs as instructed

• Receiving line run or product run information from a Team Lead, Supervisor, or Engineer

• Utilizing basic math, computer, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operations

• Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area

• Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals and targets

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent

• Preferred: Previous experience in a similar manufacturing or production operator role

• Have strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues

• Possess basic math skills and computer literacy

• Have problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment issues

• Can work well in a team environment and follow instructions

• Have excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Are willing to work flexible shifts as required
