Position Summary:
As a key member of the corporate total rewards team, this role will serve as the Total Rewards business partner for the corporate line of business and be responsible for providing consultation in broad-based compensation, variable pay and recognition programs. This role is critical in driving change management, enabling efficient and effective implementation of market competitive plans/programs that enable business leaders to meet their objectives.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide compensation consultation to lines of business within the organization, primarily supporting HR Business Partners and Field HR managers.
Partner with our HR business partners and Talent Acquisition team to lead key initiatives that drive attraction, retention, engagement, performance and cost optimization.
Proactively conduct analyses, competitive market research to identify trends, solve client issues and advise on compensation decisions and program recommendations.
Provide expertise and input on the design and implementation of total reward projects, programs, policies and procedures, including job analysis, job evaluation and structure development, including due diligence for future acquisitions.
Communicate and assist with change management in support of new compensation plans and processes or modifications of existing plans.
Manage annual compensation review cycle with corporate total rewards team with responsibility for the corporate functions.
Advise and educate managers, manage planning and communication development, identify opportunities for efficiencies and implement innovative approaches
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business-related field
7+ years broad-based compensation experience with prior experience partnering with HR Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition organization
CCP preferred
Familiar with HCM (Workday a plus) and Excel essential
A strong consultant mindset, exceptional influencing and relationship management, and project management skills.
Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment
