Kendal at Ithaca is seeking experienced, well organized and dependable individuals for Health Services Administrative Assistant in our Health Services department.

Job Description

• Maintains multiple data resources such as Surveys, On-shift, PBJ reporting, and more
• Maintains Health Service Contracts
• Coordinates and schedules meetings for Health Services team
• Provides support to all Health Services Managers
• Provides periodic relief for clerical staff and receptionist
• Exemplifies Kendal at Ithaca’s core values of respect, care and trust

Qualifications

• Three year’s office experience which should demonstrate strong organizational and office management skills
• Intermediate skill with Word, Excel, Power Point
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines

Pay: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour
