About the role:

Enabling this change is our IT division who are looking to recruit two additional Graduate Developers to their team.

Working under the supervision of a Graduate Mentor, this fulltime work from home role is about analysing highly complex IT and business problems and then designing large scale solutions or incremental improvements.

Our IT team are passionate, solution focused (and not the slightest bit geeky), but they do know how to have fun.

Some of what you will be doing:

• Build simulated solutions in test environment to resolve complex problems and compatibility issues
• Create test plans, build new solutions as per project requirements
• Confidently use all troubleshooting and management tools
• Collaborate across other functional teams like the IT Helpdesk and Business Units to achieve desired outcomes
• Present to internal stakeholders as well as vendors on a variety of technical topics
• Get exposure to all business areas to broaden your understanding of a successful business

About you:

This role is about passion and drive. Ideally you are someone who looks outside the box and tries new things, these are the traits we are looking for.

What we hope you have:

• Degree in IT or related relevant field
• High level proficiency in computer software packages including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, electronic mail, and the use of the internet as a research tool.
• Graduate-level proficiency in software development and scripting platforms and languages including, but not limited to, Microsoft .Net, C#, Python, HTML
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence / Data Analytics platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau
• Experience of any RPA (Robotic Process Automation) platform such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism or Microsoft Power Automate is highly advantageous
• Knowledge of various Microsoft server products such as Office 365 & Remote Desktop Services
• Require judgement based on theoretical and technical knowledge and ability to exercise initiative in the application of systems and procedures.
