Job Description:
- Provide general administrative support in the office in the F&B industry
- Maintain Stock take, Suppliers, and Partner store listing
- Data Entry and proper filing of documents
- Compile petty cash vouchers, suppliers’ invoices, etc.
- Process employee expense claims and ensures that claims are properly authorized.
- Provide support in HR and administrative matters where necessary.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects when required or assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Microsoft Office skills with good Excel knowledge
- Min. 1 year of work experience in a similar role
- Possess initiative, strong administrative capabilities, and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, resourceful, hands-on, organized and meticulous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong team player
