This is a leading power, energy and utilities conglomerate, with a large and diversified business interests across B2B sectors. With Singapore as its Asia Pacific Headquarters and growth plans, there is now an exciting opportunity for a high calibre corporate finance senior manager to support the Group’s growth ambitions.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Finance and Treasury, the senior manager will play an integral role in funding matters to aid the strategic growth of the Group’s business. This will include planning on the capital structure, hedging structure, and identifying opportunities to reduce cost and increase access to fundings. He / She will also develop and manage the relationships with banks, negotiate and execute financing arrangements.

The incumbent will manage the Group debt and equity capital markets fundraising, and perform analysis to support the reviews on investments, including the impact of fundraising to the Group and regulatory requirements in the local/overseas markets. He / she will also prepare Board papers for approvals, and maintain financing frameworks for the group subsidiaries such as dividends guidelines.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be a degree holder in Finance/Accountancy/Business related discipline with at least 10 years related experience and proven financial modelling experience from corporate finance, corporate investment banking or transaction advisory.

You should have the ability to do financial modelling, with strong business acumen and analytical skills. You enjoy problem solving, and you are also be described as a team player with the ability to work independently, have strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate confidently with senior management groups.
