Ketchum Hiring for Account Coordinator, Influencer at New York, New York Full Time

We are looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team!

They are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about social media influencers from YouTubers stars to Instafamous cats to tweens with millions of followers on TikTok.

Influencer Strategy & Program Management

• Responsible for the ideation and brainstorming of Influencers for specific Client campaigns

• Aggregate submissions Influencer personalities from various agencies and present to Client in an impactful way

• Draft and update contracts; input all campaign details into accounting/tracker system

• Execute partnerships with influencers from post contract phase through campaign completion

• Manage database of influencer research and personalities.

• Stay apprised of new capabilities that are announced on existing social media platforms as well as new emerging social media platforms that are gaining popularity

• Follow social media influencer personalities across multiple social platforms

• Help support the logistics (travel, shipping product, etc) to Talent/Influencers for a specific Campaign or Program

Financial Management

• Creation of POs, collecting influencer paperwork, overseeing payments processed

Administrative Responsibilities

• Participation in weekly team conference calls including calendar invite, room booking and taking and circulating meeting notes

• Influencer travel and coordination if required

Industry Knowledge

• Maintaining team influencer rosters and databases

• Sharing influencer proactive opportunities for brand partnerships with relevant accounts teams and/or clients

• Coordinating meeting with influencer reps and influencers directly

• Staying abreast to Influencer industry trends and sharing with team

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge for successful performance would qualify. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing or a related field preferred

• Internship with experience influencer marketing, digital or social media, or similar position in a non-agency setting

• Knowledge of various social media tools and programs; monitors and reads online/ news and blogs daily

• Knowledge of the social media landscape and will have internship or working experience in marketing, public relations, television production or event management

• Excellent writing skills required

• Excel skills and comfort with spreadsheets

• Some basic understanding of social media metrics and analytics are a plus

• Ability to learn, understanding and following the budgeting and billing procedures required by Ketchum and our clients

• Attention to detail and thorough follow-up

• Ability to work in multi-faceted, fast-paced environment
