THE POSITION
Due to strategic growth within the HR department Keyera has an immediate need for an HR Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. The HR Admin role is an excellent entry point for someone looking to grow their career within HR and gain broad exposure within a dynamic and supportive team.
The HR Admin is critical in supporting the HR department with delivering on our commitments by providing general administrative and coordination support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administration of Keyera’s Contingent Workforce Management program including the tracking, data entry, auditing, onboarding and off-boarding of contingent workers.
- Support HR Advisors with HRMS data entry and general administration.
- Support learning and development sessions including the scheduling and enrollment of participants, booking of rooms, vendors and other service providers.
- Support HR leaders with planning team building events including booking of rooms, catering and event coordination.
- Creation and updating of technical documents including processes, procedures, and policies related to HR.
- Support with invoice coding, monitoring, and reporting.
- Data analysis and general administrative support as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post secondary education in Human Resources Management preferred but other post secondary such as a B. Comm. or Psychology will also be considered.
- Previous experience with HRMS and/or ATS systems such as Workday preferred but not required.
- Strong communicator with good listening, writing and verbal skills.
- Passionate about customer service and following through on commitments in a timely manner.
- Detail oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency.
- A passion for people with strong interpersonal skills.
- Organized, self-directed and able to plan their workday independently.
- Growth oriented, passionate about learning about HR and energetic about contributing to the overall success of the team.
