Kforce Hiring for Cybersecurity Engineer at McLean, Virginia Full Time

Kforce has a client in McLean, VA that is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer.

• HS diploma or GED required

• Experience with additional EDR technologies

• Experience with working on federal government program

• Experience with evaluating and integrating cybersecurity tools in large enterprises

• Knowledge of federal information security policies, standards, procedures, directives, frameworks, federal security authorizations, assessment, and risk management processes for enterprise systems

• Experience with Broadcom, also known as Symantec, security tools, such as SESC and SEP

• Experience with policies to ensure security of enterprise network and assets

• Experience with development operations in lab environments of security tools

• Knowledge of EDR/AV tools and policies, including tuning and troubleshooting

• Ability to provide EDR/AV support in IT operations and maintenance, including ticketing, issue response, and remediation

• Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
