Kforce Hiring for Human Resources at Milwaukee, Wisconsin Full Time

Kforce is working with a local firm located just north of Milwaukee, WI that is searching to fill a very unique Human Resources position. The current HR Manager is looking to retire in next 2-3 years, so they are currently looking for their successor.This role would consist of the following duties: * Recruitment & Polices: Experience with onboarding, activity coordination interviewing candidates; The entire hiring process/cycle; Rewarding and disciplining employees; Addressing complaints and resolving problems * Employee Benefits, 401K savings Plan and ESOP admin * Training leadership of entire HR team In regard to our Human Resources role above, the ideal candidate would be someone with strong experience in the HR field, preferably as an assistant to an HR Manager, who is looking to grow into this management role with intensive on-the-job training. The hourly rate would be based upon experience and rise incrementally as additional responsibilities are added over the next couple of years. * 5 yeas of related experience * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * General knowledge of employment laws and practices * Experience in administration of employee benefits * Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees and with vendors * Must maintain a high level of confidentiality * Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationship and a positive work environment * Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Experience with Deltek Vision a plus Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
