This role will work in a hybrid model, 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.Responsibilities will include: * Payroll & Benefits Specialist will maintain employee records and files * Process multi-state payrolls * Prepare payroll entries and accruals * As a Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will reconcile payroll deductions * Prepare and send payroll-related communications * Payroll & Benefits Specialists calculate commissions and bonuses * Distribute benefits paperwork * Coordinate the benefit enrollment process * Answer benefit inquiries * Process insurance and 401k enrollment forms * Maintain PTO and sick leave reports * Coordinate time off requests * Process new hire paperwork * Assist with employee orientation, including presenting about benefits * Respond to unemployment claims and employment verifications * Experience administering payroll, HRIS, and benefits processes * Experience with an HRIS system, ADP is preferred * Advanced Excel skills * Excellent interpersonal skills * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion * Strong communications skills * Strong attention to detail Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
