Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Administrator with CPQ and Ironclad Integration in Boston, MA.Summary:This is critical need for a Salesforce Administrator to work on CPQ and Ironclad contract management system integration and workflow. This is a growing international innovative healthcare technology company. In this role, you will be the point person for these business-critical systems working together.Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administrator will work on integration and workflow of CPQ and Ironclad
Partner with key stakeholders and end users to capture business requirements and ensure functionality meets the needs of the business
Participate in projects from the initial discovery phase through the documentation and training phases, including coordinating and facilitating collaborative discussions with end users and key stakeholders
Create and maintain system documentation and Salesforce policies/procedures
Configure, price, and quote products and services using Salesforce CPQ and then store in Ironclad
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will perform release evaluations with Business Systems team and help with new functionality rollouts
Manage new user set up and deactivation, including transferring ownership of accounts/contacts/opportunities for deactivated users
Identify issues and key themes, coordinate with other IT and business resources to find solutions, report back and document findings for the team
Salesforce Administrator will assist with QA testing, building reports and dashboards and Salesforce data cleansing
Ensure system documentation, policies/procedures are well documented and maintained
Audit data to uncover data integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvement
Bachelor’s degree
Salesforce ADM201 certified or an experienced Salesforce super user at a previous company
2 years of Salesforce end user support
2-4 years of Salesforce Administrator experience with Salesforce CPQ
Salesforce CPQ experience and Ironclad experience both required
Excellent communication skills, is organized, a team player
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively communicate technical information verbally as well as in written formats
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
