Kforce Hiring for Staff Accountant at Boston, Massachusetts Full Time

A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Staff Accountant in Boston, Massachusetts (MA).Summary:This client is a real estate company that is currently growing, they have a great environment and offer a strong work/life balance. The role will work in a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remote.Responsibilities include:

• The Staff Accountant will prepare income statements

• Perform budget variance analyses

• Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts

• Assist with budget preparation and review

• Provide audit supporting documentation

• Pay property taxes

• The Staff Accountant will maintain fixed asset records

• Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• 1-3 years of related experience

• Strong analytical skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
