Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Systems Analyst II.Key Responsibilities: * The Systems Analyst II will collaborate with different parts of the organization to advance and mature our data governance posture via our stewardship community * Partner with team members to activate and support stewardship programs, and utilize metadata management tools, data quality tools, etc to operationalize and scale our data governance capabilities * Ensure best practices are being leveraged and enforced in firm initiatives via the stewardship community, which requires partnering closely with the Data Governance COE (center of excellence) * Systems Analyst II will support change management, communication, training, and education initiatives, as needed * Foster relationships with key stakeholders in order to effectively partner * Undergraduate degree preferred, preferably in the areas of finance, business, analytics or information systems (or relevant work experience) * 4 years general business experience in marketing, finance, data analytics, or information systems fields strongly preferred * Preference to candidates with knowledge of data governance best practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets * Working knowledge of financial products and services preferred * Ability to connect business processes to data production and analytics usages * Strong critical thinking skills and ability to navigate ambiguous situations * Strong project management and documentation skills, including attention to detail and data/business analysis * Effective written and verbal communication skills Preference for demonstrated technical depth and experience in the following: * Experience working with and writing requirements for both relational and dimensional database architectures and data elements * Understanding of Data Governance and Data Management principles and concepts Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
