KG Richardson Ltd Looking for Accounts Payable Administrator at Invercargill, Southland Full Time

Niagara is one of New Zealand’s leading timber processors with 85 years’ experience manufacturing quality timber products, across three locations nationwide. Niagara specializes in supplying building products such as weatherboards, decking, and mouldings to building supply stores throughout NZ.

We are currently looking for an ambitious, professional and experienced person to join our busy and productive finance team as an Accounts Payable Administrator. This is a permanent position with flexibility on the commitment of hours (tailored to the suitable applicant) and will be based at our Main Office in Kennington, Invercargill.

The responsibilities of this position will include the following:

• Accounts Payable processing for all month end and weekly payments

• Creditor reconciliation and subsequent reporting

• General administration support to the finance team

• Experience in Payroll processing and a knowledge of relevant payroll legislation would also be an advantage

Our successful candidate will ideally have:

• A strong attention to detail, focused on accuracy

• Confidence across the full MS Office Suite

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Refined communication skills

• A proactive approach to resolutions drawing on all team members strengths
