Overview of the position:

Management of warranties global claims, implement and monitor the expense control conditions, registration, custody, and execution under the internal systems.

Typical tasks:

1. Monitor and follow up the implementation of the appropriate measures of global dealer action plan.
2. Conduct auditors based on claims and basic data analysis.
3. Training plan and proactive communication between Dealers.
4. Contracts and agreements update.
5. Invoicing warranties approved by Dealers.

Qualifications:

• Administration or industrial engineering degree.
• Automotive industry or related industries that manage warranties.
• Project management
• Knowledge in SAP, invoice transactions. Excel
• +6 years of experience in similar areas
• Advanced English, effective communication
• Problem solving solutions, oriented to challenge.
• Attention to detail.
