We are a homebuilding company operating in Central Austin. We are looking for a personal / business assistant. For business the job will be more general online research and less about calendar management. It will also be focused on various real estate related businesses.

For Personal

  • Driving Owners to various appointments/meetings
  • Picking up dropping off items
  • Researching (purchases etc)
  • Car Registration
  • Pick up/drop off (airport etc)

For Business

  • Online research (finding vendors and researching prices)
  • Research zoning laws in different cities and counties
  • Get bids from different vendors and compare and contrast the ability of that vendor to complete a project.
  • Event/Trip Planning
  • Help to hire outside vendors for graphic design and marketing

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
