At Killeen Engineering We Design, fabricate, and fit bespoke residential & Commercial automatic and manual gates all over Ireland. We pride ourselves on holding high standards and caring for the quality of each and every gate that leaves our workshop.

This role may suit a wide range of tradespeople with experience in general building experience such as welding and carpentry, etc. If you have experience in the general building trade and are willing to travel to various sites to fit gates then this is the job for you.

Job description

The role involves working as a team of two to fit steel gates for residential and commercial customers and complete cabling and groundworks for automation (automation done by others).

You will be required to work alongside another fitter but must have the ability to work independently.

You will be required to drive to the site, and once you arrive, unload the material and fit on site. – Vehicle provided for site fittings.

Arc Welding experience is preferred.

Previous experience fitting gates is preferred, but training can be given.

A full clean driving license is required.

Manual Handling, abrasive wheel, and safe pass is essential.

This is a customer service-facing role, good customer service is required.
