Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Pay: Up to $26 per hour (depending on work experience)

Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Must be able flexible to work overtime when needed

Location: Torrance , CA

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to customers in designated territory via phone and email, troubleshooting/ researching issues and working with the Sales Manager as needed.
• Process orders by entering customer POs into the ERP system, and providing customer with confirmation and tracking details, as well as invoice if necessary.
• Process customer return requests in ERP system, provide customer with RMA number, and process replacement order.
• Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
• It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some College is a plus.
• 2+ years of related experience desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and demeanor.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work in a team environment and with other internal departments.
• Great organization skills, with the ability to multi-task and self-motivated.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoin
