We are looking for a warm, friendly, and professional Administrator who is strongly aligned with our core values of safe, loved and learning. As Kindercares front line person, your kind, approachable nature and natural affinity with tamariki will be welcomed and valued. Caring for a variety of administrative responsibilities, youll work closely with the Centre Director, assisting with the day to day running of the centre. You will also be required to spend time in the classrooms supporting Teachers when needed. This role will suit a highly organised person who loves being part of a big team and thrives in a busy environment.

Previous experience in an administration role is essential for this position, as well as:

• A heart for tamariki and whnau, and a passion for building relationships
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail, and accurate with accounts
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication and the ability to relate well to whnau from a range of cultures
• A sound understanding of various computer applications

This is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm, however we would consider a 9.00am start time. Applicants must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa, and Kindercare police vet all potential employees.
