Summary
To perform the administrative functions assigned which includes but are not limited to payroll information and personnel records. The position is responsible for assuring the timely and accuracy of reporting and maintaining of the tasks assigned

Essential Duties and responsibilities
· Collect payroll records from all on-site payroll clerks and generate payroll totals for each jobsite every Monday.
· Have payroll totals signed and approved by Labor Manager.
· Collect and distribute paychecks to on-site payroll clerks, or supervision, every payday and as needed mail or express amil to job sites.
· Keep total-to-date records for labor dollars and man-hours spent on each job.
· Know and understand the general responsibilities of the people with which coordination of work is required.
· Assure on time, lowest cost routing of payroll check in conjunction with accounting.
· Generate weekly labor reports and distribute as required.
· Work according to good safe work practices as posted, instructed, and discussed.
· Refrain from any unsafe act that might endanger yourself or fellow workers.
· Use all safety devices provided for your protection.
· Report any and all unsafe situations or acts to supervision immediately.
· Report and all injuries, regardless of how minor, to supervision.
· Read and understand the Company Code of Safe Practice and abide by its contents.
